I can't say enough good things about Eric, Makenna, and the team at Minor Auto Care. After my 2002 Toyota 4Runner suffered a blown engine, it sat for over five years because I couldn't find the right person to take on the project. Then I met Eric. From day one, he was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about getting the vehicle back on the road. Eric and Makenna went above and beyond throughout the entire rebuild process. Communication was excellent, turnaround times were fast, and they treated my vehicle as if it were their own. What seemed like an overwhelming project became a smooth and enjoyable experience thanks to their expertise and commitment to quality work. Today, my 4Runner is back up and running, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I had a fantastic experience at Minor Auto Care! I originally came in to have some tires installed on my work van, but they didn’t fit properly. Instead of sending me on my way, the team went above and beyond — they went next door and worked out an amazing trade-in deal to get me a great new set of tires. That level of customer service really impressed me. While they were taking care of the tires, they also noticed my rear brakes were extremely low and let me know right away. They were able to replace those as well, saving me from what could have turned into a bigger (and more expensive) problem down the road. The whole experience was comfortable and welcoming, too. They have two dogs in the waiting room (which definitely made the wait more fun!), and the receptionist is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to.
