After my 2002 Toyota 4Runner suffered a blown engine, it sat for over five years because I couldn't find the right person to take on the project. Then I met Eric. I had a fantastic experience at Minor Auto Care! I originally came in to have some tires installed on my work van, but they didn’t fit properly. Instead of sending me on my way, the team went above and beyond — they went next door and worked out an amazing trade-in deal to get me a great new set of tires. That level of customer service really impressed me. While they were taking care of the tires, they also noticed my rear brakes were extremely low and let me know right away. They were able to replace those as well, saving me from what could have turned into a bigger (and more expensive) problem down the road. The whole experience was comfortable and welcoming, too. They have two dogs in the waiting room (which definitely made the wait more fun!), and the receptionist is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Honest, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile — I highly recommend Minor Auto Care!

My 17 year old daughter did not tell me her engine light was on for a few days. We took her car to Minor Auto Care in Fullerton. They found and fixed 11 error codes! Teenagers! Absolutely grateful to the team at Minor Auto Car and their family business.
